What is an American high school exchange program?

An international cultural exchange program run under the supervision of the US State Department. This is a 10-month American public high school study program for active junior and senior high school students. While staying in a homestay with a volunteer host family, attending a local public high school, staying in a foreign country with different cultures and customs, and learning the living English while gaining an international feel I can do it.

Characteristics of student exchange

  • Costs are low because tuition fees are waived for admission to public schools
  • The host organization decides on the accepting school.
  • Study abroad period is limited to the first grade (10 months)
